Meet Our Team
Kristian Jones
Founder and Co-owner
Kristian Jones is a Certified Personal Trainer and specialist in Corporate Fitness Facility Management. Kristian is a Level Two Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Golf Fitness Professional and holds personal training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), and American Council of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
He has an undergraduate degree in Sports Fitness Management and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, both from the University of Alabama. In 2005, Kristian founded Excellence In Exercise Personal Training Studio, where his extensive research background, experience in athletic and fitness facility management, passion for the game of golf and practical expertise in the field of fitness, athletic training, and facility management have combined to create a dynamic fitness and wellness experience for our clients.
Julie Jones
Co-owner and Program Director
Julie Jones is a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, an Everything DiSC® Certified Facilitator, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Yoga Instructor. As the Co-Owner and Program Director for Excellence Wellness Solutions, she works with organizations and their employees globally to provide engaging wellness programs, services and retreats.
An active presenter, Julie enjoys conducting workshops and teaching classes. She is a published author in EatingWell and has articles featured on EatingWell.com and CookingLight.com.
In 2018, Julie began hosting wellness retreats where she combines her experience and expertise in wellness with her passion for connection. With each event, her goal is to provide clients with an experience that allows them to “hit the reset button” to come back to their life recharged and ready to take on the next challenge, while also providing the skills they need to continue their wellness journey in their everyday life.
